Ken has led the Momentus Direct Capital team to provide wholesale SBA 504 1st mortgages since 2010. He originally joined CDC Small Business Finance, one of the Momentus Capital family of brands in 1991. His depth of knowledge, a result of over 30 years of experience in the SBA lending industry, allows him to navigate the process efficiently and smartly while always prioritizing superior

Through the SBA 504 program, his work has resulted in significant contributions to improving economic development nationwide. Ken has provided $2 billion in SBA real estate financing to close over 1,000 SBA 504 deals supporting over 12 million total sq. ft. of small business properties.

While he travels the continental US regularly to serve his customers, Ken is a resident of Kauai, where he is very involved in his community of and serves on the board of many local organizations.
